Reggae Girlz striker Khadija “Bunny” Shaw was named the Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA) Player of the Month for January following her prolific form for Manchester City.
The award which was decided through global fan votes saw the Jamaican best five other top players for the honor in a competitive nomination bracket.
Shaw was presented with the award on Friday.

The accolade was the Jamaican’s second this season after also being voted Barclays WSL player of the month for October.
The 25-year-old has been supreme during January, rattling in five goals in five appearances including a hattrick in the FA Cup.
Shaw has been in scintillating form this campaign, netting 17 goals in 19 appearances in all competitions, while leading the Barclay’s Women’s Super League (WSL) scorer’s table with 12 from 10 games.
She’s next set to be in action o Sunday when the Man City faces Bristol City women in the FA Cup fifth round.
