Fire of unknown origin claimed the life of 75-year-old Yvonne Findley of Sheridan Drive, Mandeville in Manchester on yesterday Thursday, April 29.

Reports from the Mandeville Police are that at about 2:00 a.m., residents saw fire coming from Findley’s dwelling house and summoned the Police. Lawmen along with members from the fire department responded and conducted cooling down operations. After which, Findley’s remains were found.

The scene was processed and the remains removed to the morgue pending post mortem examination.
