Tesla CEO Elon Musk has issued a public challenge to Russian President Vladimir Putin in a reported winner take Ukraine stake.

The US tech-billionaire posted the challenge on his Twitter page on Monday, which states:

“I hereby challenge Vladimir Putin to single combat. Stakes are Ukraine,” He wrote some words in Cyrillic script and the rest in English.

In a follow up tweet Musk mentioned the Russian presidency account and said; “Do you agree to this fight?”

While the details of this challenge were omitted from the bizarre series of tweets, eyes have averted towards the president’s account to see if he will be ‘trolled’ by Musk’s tweet or avoid it together.

In February Musk sent his Starlink systems to Ukraine shortly after the invasion to provide internet access to Ukrainians.

On Friday, news broke that Russia will suspend indefinitely all access to social media competitor Instagram starting on Monday, for inciting violence against Russians.
