The first semester of Kanye West’s school Donda academy has seemingly got underway last week with the institution’s first cohort reporting for classes at the private arts and sports academy, which is located in California.
Ye took to Instagram to post a snapshot of some of his students during class.
The picture captured several pre-teens who were all decked out in Yeezy appeal, including; Yeezy hoodies, sweats, and Foam RNNRS sneakers.

This school’s opening comes months after Yeezy had announced his plans start the academy which is named after West’s tenth studio album of the same name, Donda.
Which also honours his late mother, Dr. Donda West, who was a former professor and English department chair at Chicago State University
In release last year about on the school’s manifesto on its website said The K-12 school will focus on “equipping students with an education that will last in the ever-changing world” and plans to find the “intersection between faith and the innovation of the future,” as per, donda.world.
“‘Donda Academy’ prepares students to become the next generation of leaders, thinkers and innovators by providing them with a world-class education that includes a rigorous core curriculum, and an emphasis on sustainability, creativity, critical thinking and problem solving,” the admissions portion of the website reads.
