Khadija Shaw holds her player of the Month award for January

Reggae Girlz striker Khadija ‘Bunny’ Shaw scored another award on Thursday after being named Barclays Player Of The Month (POTM) for March.

Barclays share the news via its social media page.

Shaw who has been in prolific form for Women’s Super League (WSL) team Manchester City, this season got the better of five other players for the award.

The Jamaican now has two player awards in three months, having previously been voted Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA) Fans Player of the Month for January.

It’s also her third individual award this season as the Reggae Girl captain walked away with October’s POTM PL prize.

Shaw also looks set to take the golden boot honor as she currently leads the scoring with 16 goals in 17 games in the WSL.

She is next set to be in action on Saturday when Manchester City, travels to St. Mary’s Park to face Southampton.
