Masicka, Popcaan, and Lila Ike Billboard’s Reggae/Dancehall Fresh Picks of the Month for December.

The year-end picks, officially revealed on Wednesday, sees the Jamaican trio listed among a mix of top music released in December, according to Billboard.

Reggae-Dub songstress Lila Iké heads the latest list with her track “Good and Great.“

The soulful single is a chilled yet uplifting offering by Iké, who expresses gratitude for her blessings as she reflects on her grace and favour from Jah in times of doubt and trials.

Masicka also “Wowed” Billboard selectors in December, following the highly anticipated release of his sophomore album Generations of Kings (GOK). The “Gennasyde” topman makes his Fresh Picks of the Month debut with his single “WOW” featuring Spice.

Popcaan also makes his debut in the year-end compilation of his single “Life is Real.” The track was a late entry to the list following as part of his surprise project –“Best Mood,” released on Christmas.

Dancehall sensations Skeng and Skllibeng also feature prominently among the picks via their collaboration on Nicki Minaj’s “Forward From Trini” track, which formed part of Minaj’s Pink Friday 2 album.

Other notable inclusions were Nailah Blackman with “Born to Fly“, Dan Evans and Nessa Preppy with “By Mehself,” along with Bunji Garlin and his wife Fayann Lyons for “Forward” and “Miss Bitch,” respectively.
