The legal woes for Sean “Diddy” Combs could see another major case as added to the raft of allegations as the family of late West Coast rap star Tupac Shakur has reportedly hired an attorney to investigate any link between the embattled music mogul and the rapper’s 1996 murder.
Pac was gunned down in Las Vegas during the midst of a bitter East Coast vs West Coast feud between himself and musical rival Christopher ” Notorious Biggy Smalls” Wallace, who was signed to Diddy’s Bad Boys entertainment label.
According to reports, Diddy has long been rumoured to have some connection to the tragic death of the late “California Love” rapper but was never charged.
However, in light of the increasingly mounting criminal allegations against Combs, Tupac’s family reportedly feels now is the appropriate time to see if the case can be revisited.
Multiple reports from persons close to the West Coast rap star say that Tupac was convinced that Biggy- was behind a 1994 robbery of which he was the target.
Following his murder in Vegas in 1996, many has heavily suspected the East Coast rap contingent was responsible for his death.
Duane Keith Davis, known as Keffe D, was arrested for his role in the shooting last year. He is awaiting trial.
