Dancehall fans in England are set to be in for a big league experience as music stars Mavado, Chronic Law and Vanessa Bling were announced as major acts to perform at the O2 in London in May.

On Wednesday, Mavado shared the news of the announced dancehall triple threat with his fans.

While more acts are slatted to be added to the Live Nation event, the news of the Jamaicans has been surplus to the expected hype and anticipation attracted minutes into its reveal, with the trio respectively having massive fan bases in the UK.

The UK has historically been a major market for the genre, especially in recent times with names such as Popcaan, Skillibeng, Skeng, Shenseea and fast-riser 450 pulling major capacity dates over the last 12 months.
