Jamaican Football club Cavalier FC are set to kick off their CONCACAF Club Champions Cup round of 16 tie against the Lionel Messi-led Major League Soccer (MLS) team Inter Miami on Thursday night.

The two teams, who will meet for the first time, will square off in their first-leg match at Inter’s Chase Stadium in Miami.

The Jamaican Premier League champions have expressed confidence in putting on a good showing despite the quality of Miami’s squad, which includes Barcelona icons Sergio Busquets, Jordi Alba, Luis Suarez and of course, the main man Messi.

The Cavs, who are no strangers to confederation competition being the reigning Caribbean champs, will be aiming to leave with a confidence boosting result ahead of thier return fixture at the National Stadium Next Thursday.

Kick off time for Tonight’s game is set for 8:00 pm.
