Dancehall star Elephant Man is underlining his status as go-to for prime international collabs following reports that he’s among the shortlisted features on Lil Wayne’s highly anticipated Carter VI album, which is set for June.
According to several major US media outlets, the “Energy God” was confirmed as a feature following a listening session of the tracklist for the project, during a Rolling Stone interview which was published on Thursday.

The Jamaican’s reveal was among a diverse array of music all-stars collaborators that was listed for the sixth instalment of the Carter series, said to include names such as Pop stars Miley Cyrus, Billie Eilish and hip-hop legend Wyclef Jean.
The feature would be the latest in a long list of major collabs for the dancehall icon who has previously linked up on Billboard hits with super producer Lil Jon & rap group East Side Boys (Get Low remix), R&B/Pop Legend Janet Jackson (Don’t Stop Remix), and singer Kat DeLuna.
The latter, “Whine Up,” was a career-launching track for the then-rising sensation.
Ele, who has been heavily involved in performing, has again been taking the music space by storm with the remix of Moliy’s viral hit “Shake It To The Max”.
