The vibes were bucked, energy up, and excitement sweetly flowing as much as the drinks. The 2025 staging of I Love Soca scored another winner at Stadium East Field on Easter Monday.

iLoveSoca, Caribbean’s premier Soca Cooler event, not only provided pulsating build-up among the series of lead-up soca events in the local season, but it also set the stage for the highly anticipated Carnival and road march.
The event, known for mixing it up with different locations, underlined its reputation of delivering an inhibited euphoric experience as patrons were treated to an elevated high off entertainment.

From entrance to exit, the Stadium East staging provided a perfect conclave of ecstatic jubilance with good friends, great vibes, and even better memories.
Partying with Pride
Patrons would’ve also felt a pride as they “palanced” with the aesthetic set-up of some areas giving a delightful feeling of a more nationalistic cultural fuse.
Music
While the location, set up, and refreshments were on top notch, the most important component, the music, was again faultless as the patrons were kept engaged, excited and fully entertained throughout each DJ’s set.

With the likes of the experienced duos Richie Ras & Marlon, Brush1 and Bloodline Franco, marshalling the energy. Riggo Suave, adding levels to the hype along with Tony X and Lord Hype. “Young guns”, DJ Mindless and TZ showcasing the new school flavours, Fyah Man with the heat, and industry icon Chromatic sound, adding that urban flair for a rounded experience.
The expected outcome was always going to be premium satisfaction from a world-class entertainment package, which it delivered and some.
This was also topped with an engaging performance from fan favourite and ‘honorary Jamaican’ soca star Skinny Fabulous.

Overall, iLoveSoca again provided a delightful close to the Easter holidays, while giving much much-appreciated warm-up for the big march on the road come Sunday. This was a Certified Sleek event.
