It has been confirmed that a sexual assault lawsuit against Trey Songz has been dismissed.

According to TMZ, the presiding judge said the woman never responded to Songz’s motion to dismiss, so her complaint has been booted from the court.

The “Neighbors Know My Name” singer, was sued by an unnamed woman back in June 2023 for allegedly exposing her breast as she claimed Songz had pulled out her breast from her bathing suit during a “Foxwoods Liquid Sundays with Trey Songz” which was held at a Connecticut casino back in 2013.

TMZ notes that the woman was asking for approximately $5 million to settle it out of court however Songz did not agree.

Understanding all the events, Songz’s legal team filed a motion to dismiss on December 29, and the woman did not respond therefore the case is over.
