Bodies found in Jamaican restaurant in New Jersey

The New Jersey police are investigating three homicides including a Jamaican restaurant owner.

The body of 45-year-old Akanni Martin of Hillside, NJ, was found inside a car with a gunshot wound to the head on Monday. A weapon was recovered near his body.

On Tuesday, upon visiting the K&K Jamaican restaurant, the police discovered two female bodies. They were identified as the mother of his three children 39-year-old Karen Lemaitre, and her sister 41-year-old Wanita Joffer.

They too had gunshot wounds and the police have ruled their deaths a homicide.

Investigations are ongoing.
