The much-anticipated Burna Boy South Africa concert, which is to be a part of Heritage Weekend and was set to take place this Saturday, has been postponed.
According to reports, Burna Boy fired the sound team which forced the planning committee to cancel this weekend’s event because there were problems with sound at the last minute.
No details have been given as to what those problems were, but it also appears that ticket sales were also an issue as suite tickets were discounted last week on some online selling platforms.
Meanwhile, reports are that Khanya PR which was responsible for the marketing, cut ties with the internationally acclaimed hours after he postponed the concert.
Reports are that the concert has been moved to December 16.
