Pearnel Charles Jr -Labour and Social Security Minister escaped injury following a two-vehicle crash in St Catherine on Wednesday afternoon.

The collision occurred along a section of Highway 2000 in the vicinity of Bernard’s Lodge Bridge.

While the Minister escaped injury-free, it has been reported that members of his team suffered injuries.

The incident took place after Charles Jr spoke at both the Mineral Heights Primary and the Mitchell Town Primary School leaving ceremonies.
