A 30-year-old Chicago cop was arrested in Florida this week for reportedly urinating in an ice machine at Jimmy B’s Bar at the Beachcomber Hotel in St. Pete Beach, Florida.

The accused, Henry Capouch, was charged with simple battery and disorderly conduct in the incident.

According to an arrest report, a bar employee was trying to get from the machine to refill his container when he stumbled upon Capouch urinating in the machine.

It is understood that the complainant told Capouch to stop, however, this demand was ignored and Capouch began swearing at the employee and also shoved him, and walked towards the beach.

Subsequently, a call was made to the police and upon their arrival discovered Capouch at the beach with his girlfriend.

Lawmen also outlined that Capouch actively resisted arrest and refused to obey commands while he was being mirandized.

The accused was later charged with the bizarre ordeal and relieved of his policing duties pending an internal investigation.
