For the first time ever, Organic OCHO Chocolates, a regionally manufactured USDA-certified organic chocolate brand will be available in Jamaica.
OCHO was conceptualised and founded in Oakland California and has since been acquired by Associated Brands Industries Ltd. (ABIL). This brand will now be distributed in Jamaica by their subsidiary, Confectionery & Snacks Jamaica Limited. This will be the company’s first USDA certified organic chocolate brand, and will provide candy and chocolate lovers with a delicious, organic alternative to traditional candy. An interesting yet fitting name, “OCHO” derives from the words Organic CHOcolate, honouring its delicious taste and innovative spirit.
The story behind OCHO Chocolates is unique, bringing together the premium quality of organic ingredients with a phenomenal taste and a range of fillings. The launch of this new set of scrumptious chocolates brings forth an affordable and accessible option to both chocolate and candy lovers who are presented with real ingredients that are beautiful inside and out with their sheen and texture.

The OCHO Minis are offered in Coconut, Peanut Butter, Caramel and Peppermint, while OCHO Bars are Coconut, Peanut Butter, and Caramel with Peanut fillings. The Coconut is 100% vegan”.

Jamaica is the fourth market to launch and distribute OCHO Chocolates in the Caribbean just after Trinidad & Tobago, Guyana and Barbados. Organic OCHO Candy can also be found in major chain stores in the US Market such as Target, Rite Aid, Wegmans, Stop & Shop and Sprouts.
