Sean “Diddy” Combs has filed a $25 million lawsuit against his former clothing brand, Sean John, and the company’s new owner GBG USA.

Diddy founded the company in 1998. He sold stakes to GBG USA in November 2016 for an estimated $70 million and still owned 20 percent, according to Forbes.

According to Diddy’s Lawyer, Sean John created a new collaborative line with women’s clothing retailer Missguided and illegally used Diddy’s image, likeness, and persona without his consent.

He is also suing the company for allegedly using fabricated quotes they created and then falsely attributed Diddy.

Diddy also claims that the brands used his image in a short ad campaign video to advertise the new line.

This is the second legal battle between Diddy and Sean John in the last 30 days.

Diddy is also suing Sean John over the trademark for the phrase “Vote Or Die,” alleging that Sean John/GBG illegally used and trademarked the phrase to sell Sean John merch online during the presidential election.
