Legendary Jamaican music producer Don Corleonie continues to prove that good music will forever have an audience after officially receiving his platinum plaque for production on Hawaiian singer J. Boog’s 2010 International Reggae classic “Let’s Do It Again”.
Corleonie shared the unboxing of his plaque with fans via his social media on Tuesday.
Fans and music personalities alike were equally excited in the moment as they shared congratulations for the iconic Jamaican producer
“Let’s Do It Again“, which was released as part of J.Boog’s ” Backyard Boogie” album, has been an immediate success, climbing several Reggae charts and eventually becoming a staple among global music fans earning several samples, most notably from Pop singer Pia Mia on her 2015 smash “Do it Again” ft rap star Tyga.
The original J Boog tracks also picked up UK silver certification in 2022 racking up upwards of 90 million streams on YouTube.
