February dates have been reportedly set for the appeal hearing of Dancehall superstar Vybz Kartel.

The incarcerated Deejay was granted an expedited court hearing by the UK Privy Council. The appeal hearings are scheduled for February 14 and February 15, 2024, in London.

Fox5 News anchor Lisa Evers, who has been tracking the progress of the case, shared the update from Kartel’s Attorney Isat Buchanan on Wednesday.

Kartel, who was handed a life sentence in 2014 for the murder of Clive ‘Lizard‘ Williams, will be eligible for parole after serving 32 and a half years.
