The local and international entertainment community continues its rally around Dancehall icon Bounty Killer following news of his US Visa reinstatement.

Killer, who has been unable to travel to the US since 2010, shared news of his updated status and clearance to travel after 15 years via his social media on Tuesday night.

Several stars, such as Richie Stephens, Dj Khaled, Shaggy, and Vybz Kartel, among others, joined his fans in celebrating the news, with many sharing his post on their account as part of their congratulatory post.

Killer also linked up with Khaled in Miami as his first stop as the long-time friends celebrated his US with a family-style feast to commemorate the moment.

Bounty’s reinstatement marks the latest major Dancehall visa reissue in 2025 following the global headline-making US return of the “World Boss”, after 20 years, who received his visa in time for the Grammy Awards in February.
