Social media has been abuzz with excitement about a potential Alkaline and Stephen “DI Genius” collaboration following what appears to be a hint of the duo’s link-up on the way.

“Di Genius”, who hinted at the potential works with “Alka” after tweeting emojis of looking eyes and of pair drama masks, which, of course, has been a noted symbolic reference by Alkaline and his “Vendetta” movement.

Fans made their excitement known following the hint, quickly pointing to the idea of a potential Vendetta, Bigship banger being concocted in the lab by the production “Whiz”

While not implicity stating that he was working with the “City” hitmaker, it would be undoubtedly one of the most interesting Dancehall connections and potentially highly anticipated projects in recent times.

Mavado’s production reunion with Di Genius last year also compelled massive anticipation after several years, having previously teamed up on many classics during the late 2000s and mid-late 2010s.
