Dancehall stars Mavado and Dexta Daps talk about ‘Pain’ in their latest single featuring Jay-A, and fans have been receptive to the collab of the dancehall heavyweights.

The collaboration is the first time the artistes have officially linked up on a track and by all accounts has received the early thumbs up from fans.

The number also reflects that reception.

Pain has already become the third most streamed single on YouTube, after racking over 290,000 views since its premiere on Saturday.

Mavado previously topped Billboard’s Thriller Global charts with his single with Ghanaian Artist Kidi titled ‘Blessed’.

The early success of the track continues to show that ‘Gullyside’ top man remains very much a potent force in the music both locally and globally.
