A former employee is suing Businessman Rohan Marley, for US$18 million over alleged harassment and wrongful dismissal.

No official details of the alleged harassment have been disclosed but according to a local report, the complainant Chloe Villiano, said, she was also demanded to not have personal relationships with any other men. 

The alleged incidents of harassment and wrongful dismissal took place between March 2021 and March 2022.

The complaint was filed in a California court last Friday.

However, in a statement, Marley said the lawsuit is baseless and is an attempt to exploit his family name. 

He is the son of the late Bob Marley and he is a Jamaican entrepreneur, producer, and former football player who has a reported net worth of USD 20 million.
