National Women’s Football Champions Frazsiers Whip will aim to wrap their historic representation in the newly formed CONCACAF Women’s Champions Cup with victory when they host USA’s Gotham FC at the National Stadium on Wednesday.
The fixture will be their second game in Kingston following a disappointing 7-1 loss to the strong Mexican queen pins Tigres.
The four-time national champs, who scored their first goal of the tournament in their first home fixture last week, will hope to give the local crowd more to cheer for when they line up at the Stadium once more in their final group game.
The St Catherine team, Jamaica’s lone representative, made history after kicking off the inaugural tournament’s first game in August.
Kick-off time for the Frazsiers Whip vs Gotham FC is set for 7:00 pm.
