Golding appeals to Jamaicans to take COVID vaccine

Leader of the Opposition Mark Golding has appealed to Jamaicans to take the COVID-19 vaccine.

Golding, who got the jab today, said that the effects of the novel coronavirus on the lives and livelihoods of people worldwide has been devastating. He said that Jamaicans should shun conspiracy theories about the vaccine and get inoculated.

“Don’t take chances with your life or your loved ones lives,” Golding said.

He said Jamaicans should not be fearful about taking the jab.

“I think the greater fear is COVID-19 and what it can do either to you or to your loved ones,”

the Opposition Leader said.
