The Passport Immigration and Citizenship Agency (PICA) is advising all travellers to Jamaica that no one other than the entity is authorised to provide the online immigration/passenger declaration form.

This comes after reports that third-party websites have been created and are charging persons to complete the form.

However, PICA says “the Government of Jamaica does not impose any charges for completing the Passenger Declaration (C5) form.”

On the first of September 1, PICA put in effect that all passengers coming to Jamaica are required to complete the online version of the form, replacing the previous paper document.

Understanding such, PICA is advising persons that its Immigration Assistants will be on hand at the Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston and Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay to help persons who have challenges filling out the forms.

The forms can be found via enterjamaica.com
