Pop star Justin Timberlake is on a musical return, after a 6-year hiatus and will be releasing a new album, “Everything I Thought It Was” this year.

Timberlake confirmed the release of the new album last week by teasing fans with the release of the first single from the project titled, “Selfish.

The video was released on Thursday, January 25.

Meanwhile, the album “Everything I Thought It Was” will mark Timberlake’s sixth solo album and his first set of new music since his 2018 work, “Man of the Woods.”

According to reports, Timberlake is looking to get back to his creative peak and commercial form, which he had in the early 2000s particularly his 2006 chart-topper “SexyBack” and “Can’t Stop the Feeling!”

The new album will be released on March 15.
