The global increase in appetite for Vybz Kartel’s music following his release continues to grow as several of his albums and EPs returned to the Apple Music Reggae Chart.

The ‘Worl Boss’ presence on the chart has expanded to nine of the top 30 albums in the last 24 hours making him the most notarised figure among artistes.

Projects from Kartel’s 2004 “Up to di Time” album to his latest EP-“First Week Out,” on Wednesday(July 31, 2024) have been among the top listens among fans globally.

Those numbers are expected to increase as new listeners continue their discovery of the Dancehall icon as the international music industry celebrates his freedom.
