Kim and Kanye will share custody of their children

Kim and Kanye West have decided to have joint custody of their children. The couple have been going through a divorce since February of this year. 

Kim made the decision to file for the divorce and based on the terms West has accepted to have joint custody of their four children. West and Kardashian have two daughters – North and Chicago, age seven and three respectively- and two sons – Saint, five, and Psalm, who turns two next month.

The couple has also agreed that they don’t need spousal support, them both being billionaires.

They won’t be having any estate problems because the couple made sure to sign a prenuptial agreement- they kept their property separate throughout their marriage.  

The couple has been married for six plus years. The Rapper and the Beauty entrepreneur agreed that their marriage ended over irreconcilable differences, in their filings.
