Dancehall artiste Lisa Hyper has received strong support from her online community after returning to social media for the first time since her public hiatus.

Fans, along with fellow entertainment personalities, greeted the dancehall artiste with warm welcome-back messages in the comments of what was her first post since withdrawing from the public eye in February following reports of what appeared to be a mental break following controversial interviews about her personal and professional affairs.

She also had a run-in with the law following reports of an alteration with a Norman Manely International Airport (NMIA) official, leading to a subsequent arrest, as per the Jamaica Observer.

The post was promotional content for her track “Phoenix” featuring Chronic Law, for which the visualiser premiered on the day.

Prior to her absence, the former Portmore Empire star shared she had several major collabs on the way, including a track and a potential joint project with Masicka.
