Many-time FA Cup champion Manchester United will be seeking to build on their momentum when they tackle Everton FC in the competition’s third round at Old Trafford on Friday.

United who’s unbeaten in their last 10 games in all competitions will eagerly seek another stroke in the win column against Everton as they continue their turn-around under Erik Ten Haag.

Man U has been experiencing a good run in knockout competitions recently following victory over Aston Villa and Burnley in the EFL Cup, and would also be buoyed with confidence after back-to-back victories in the premier league which has seen them jump to third fourth in the standings.

Everton who by contrast has remained in the wilderness this season as they continue to fight for survival in the league will no doubt be desperate to snap United’s run with a morale-boosting result in Manchester.
