Liverpool striker Sadio Mane hinted at a possible contract extension with the Anfield team when quizzed about his future with club ahead of their Champions league finals against Real Madrid on Saturday.

“I think the answer I can give you now is I feel very good,” Mane said.

“I am fully focused on Saturday’s game, that is the answer I must give before the final. But come back to me on Saturday and I will give you the best answer you want to hear, for sure. It’s special. I will give you all you want to hear then ” the Senegal captain explained.

“I love what I am doing and I sacrifice myself all the time. I am working hard every single day on the pitch and in the gym and I get better and better, that’s the most important. I am trying my best to help the team” he added.

The Liverpool African Footballer of the year who is entering his final year of his current deal has been heavy liked to clubs such as Barcelona and Bayern Munich in recent months.

Both himself and fellow striker Mo hammed Salah have been in the midst of new deals however have both shied away from giving a definitive answer before their Champions league final on Saturday.

Liverpool have just missed out on the possibility of a historic ‘treble’ having just lost the English premier league title on Sunday after being edged by rivals Manchester City.

However, will be looking to add at least a third title of the season against Madrid in Paris, with possibility of two more should they win.
