Dancehall’s top striker, Masicka, is reaffirming his title with the preview of his next song, Safety Matches, on Wednesday.

The track, which is the most recent release since his ‘438’ album in December, sees both Dunwell and Masicka deliver what we expect to be another banger based on earlier responses to the sample.

The pair, who have collaborated on several projects before such as ‘Roll deep’, ‘Corner’ featuring Tarrus Riley and ‘Leader’ ft Dexta Dapps appear to have the formula for striking up hits, no doubt ‘Safety Matches’ will head in that direction.

The preview is already sparking anticipation of its full release and serves to light up more attention, as Masicka continues to experience the success of singles from his 438 album.

Dunwell is also basking in success as one of the main producers on Shenseea’s ALPHA project and is reported to have been recruited for production work on Rihanna’s highly expected reggae-based album.
