Popular Mexican YouTuber Miguel Vivanco, known as El Jasper’, was reportedly found dead two days after he was reported missing by his family.
According to reports, Vivanco’s body, which was found who was found by relatives on the road in the city of Culiacan, had 70 bullet wounds and evidence of torture following further investigation by authorities.
Members of a Cartel collective are being blamed for the heinous act, relatives say, as per the Mirror.
According to the report, the relative noted that Vivanco was forcefully taken from his home by a group of hitmen before his reported disappearance.
While it remains unclear the motive for the abduction and killing, It’s understood the content creator was added to the Mexican Office of Control of Foreign Assets (OFAC) list of sanctioned people in a crackdown on illicit drugs.
