One of Clarendon’s most wanted killed in Manchester

The police are reporting that one of Clarendon’s most wanted men, Fitzroy ‘OJ’ Coore, was shot and killed during an alleged gun battle in May Day, Manchester last evening. Coore was wanted for murder and shooting with intent.

Coore, along with 10 other men was featured on the Clarendon police division’s most wanted men list in May.

Superintendent Gary Francis who heads the Manchester police division confirmed the incident.

Sleek Jamaica Media gathered that Coore, 26, of Alexander Drive, in Farm, Clarendon, was shot dead during the intel driven security operation.

A firearm was reportedly seized during the operation.

Meanwhile, Coore who had been the subject of several police investigations in Clarendon over several years was held in Antigua in 2017 after he arose the suspicion of authorities there.

The Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM) has been informed of the incident.
