International dancehall star Popcaan is sharing love and joy today as he is putting more than smiles on the faces of children heading back to school in his hometown, St. Thomas with a massive treat.

This is the third consecutive year, that Popcaan is hosting his “Off to School Treat” through his Popcaan Care Foundation.

Popcaan and his team are strongly committed to making this year’s even more memorable, as they have reportedly invested almost J$8 million.

The children are being treated to a day filled with games, fun rides and entertainment. A stage show is set to take place in the evening which will cater to the entire family and will see several artistes take the stage including Popcaan.

Similar to last year, the foundation is aiming to provide the children with backpacks, school supplies (notebooks, pencils, pens, rubbers, sharpeners, and more), shoes, snacks, and drinks.

The foundation also noted that back-to-school vouchers will be included.

The treat is taking place at the Rudolph Elder Park, Morant Bay, St Thomas.
