A licensed firearm holder was shot in his face and his firearm stolen. Reports are that at about 4:15 p.m. the 61-year-old retiree was attending to his 2010 Honda Stream motorcar when a motor car with three men pulled up.

SLEEK understands that the men alighted from the car, one armed with a gun and held on to the elderly man.

During a tussle, he was shot in the jaw and relieved of a Sig Sauger 9mm pistol.

The men made good their escape in the same car.

The retiree was assisted to the Spanish Town Hospital where he is being treated.
