With 3 and a half months left in 2023, Sagicor hosted a One Day Motivational Seminar, aimed at improving the company’s outcome at all levels with powerful words of motivation from Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce and others.

The one-day conference included Financial Advisors from all Sagicor subsidiaries, Sagicor Bank, Sagicor Investments, Alliance Financial Services, Advantage General Insurance Company, Sagicor Insurance Brokers, Sagicor Life and Sagicor Life of the Cayman Islands.

Chief Technology and Insurance Operations Officer for Sagicor Life – Mr. Willard Brown explained to SLEEK Media the theme of the conference and its importance.

Mr. Brown shed light on the real purpose of the conference and reasons for doing it at this time.

The conference contained a powerful line-up of activities including a Leadership Fireside Chat, entertainment from veteran dancehall artiste Cham and Missionaries of the Poor.

There were sessions that featured impactful speakers including many time World Champion Sprint queen, Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, Quantum Transformation Psychologist Dr. Leachim Semaj, along with Christopher Zacca, President & CEO, Sagicor Group Jamaica.

The coaches were fired up and delivered an inspiring push for the team to jump over the hurdles and push through the headwind.

Fraser Pryce shared her story of success and how important it was for her to listen to her inner voice of hope as she overcame doubts and so, she encouraged all to do the same to ‘finish strong’.

The track star also noted that today’s “failure is not today’s future” and gave jabs of jokes throughout her presentation.

The conference took place at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel in Kingston on Tuesday afternoon under the theme, ‘Finish Strong’, the aim of which is to improve the service given to customers and members.
