Dancehall heavyweights Sean Paul and Beenie Man will join the iconic R&B singer Lauryn Hill among the headline acts for the upcoming Reggae Rotterdam Festival which is set for July 29 in the Netherlands.
The festival lineup sees both Sean Paul and Beenie Man not only share the stage with the former Fugees lead singer but also with fellow Reggae A-listers such as Julian Marley, Tarrus Riley, Anthony B as well music icons- Sister Nancy and Eek-a-Mouse.
The show forms part of a packed Itinerary for Sean Paul who is coming off sold-out dates from the US leg of his Scorcha Tour.
Among the stops include performances at J Cole’s Dream Ville Fest and Jazz In The Gardens in Miami, as well as co-headlining the Out Of This World Festival (OOTW) in the Cayman Islands recently.
For Beenie Man, the show falls in line with a strong European set being put together this summer, which includes dates in Holland and the UK.
Among his upcoming shows include an appearance at Reggae Land Music Festival, in Manchester, England. The event will see the ‘King of Dancehall’ back on British soil following prorated world permit-related issues stalled his return.
In 2021 Beenie announced his first concert in the UK in over a decade, last year he was also forced to postpone events due to similar permit issues.
The dancehall stalwart has a massive fan base in the UK and will seek to make up for lost time.
