International Dancehall titan Sean Paul continues to rack up music certifications after his 2006 smash “Give It Up To Me” ft R&B songstress Keyshia Cole officially became brit-certified for registered sales of 200,000 units in the UK.

The British Phonographic Institution (BPI) officially verified the song’s status on Friday.

The original single, minus Cole’s verse, formed part of Dutty Paul’s multi-platinum-selling album “The Trinity”, with Cole’s version serving as the lead track on the soundtrack for the box office smash and dance movie cult classic “Step Up 2”.

The recognition adds to the ever-growing trove of British certifications for the Jamaican superstar and comes weeks after his rocksteady fused track -“Im Still In Love With You” ft Jamaican singer Sasha (now sister Sasha) went Gold in October.
