When you’ve gradated to the top tier of your craft and begin dominating your genre the natural progression is to drop an official project or body of work to showcase the best of talent. Dancehall star Skeng Don is following that “Protocol” by teasing the drop of his “Beast of the Era” EP
The Likkle Miss Hit maker announced his upcoming project via his Instagram on Thursday which included the title and cover art for his EP, with the caption “Loading..”
Given the magnitude of his current success and the rapid rate of his ever-growing international notoriety, it was only a matter of time before he followed the natural progression to capitalize on the attention by dropping a project.
Further details such as a release date, track listing and features if any have remained under wraps, however, if there are to be any collabs on the EP one expected name would not be a surprise in rapper Nicki Minaj.
Minaj who has been one of the biggest proponents of support for the Dancehall star, was also one of the first notable names to like and give kudos to the EP teaser post on his page.
The Queen Barbie who teamed up with the “Gang Bang” Hitmaker for his now Billboard charting “Likkle “Miss remix” had teased fans that more work from artiste was coming, hinting that more joint projects are being worked on.
“Likkle Miss remix” feat Nicki Minaj currently retains a top place on rap digital sales charts in third week on the charts peaking at number four, with her own “Super Freaky Girl” holding the top as the queen reign is restored at number one as the song enter it’s ninth-week on the chart.
