Kendrick Lamar‘s Billboard smash “They Not Like Us” was again one of the most trending topics in music as social media went into a frenzy following the official premiere of the track’s music video.
The highly anticipated video, released on USA’s Independence Day-July 4, instantly shot among YouTube’s top trending music releases with more than 16 million views within 20 hours.
That rise mirrors the viral success of the audio release in April, which has pulled a mammoth 110 million streams thus far.
“They Not Like Us,” which broke streaming records for rap globally on its way to topping the Billboard Hot 100 chart, was the final and ultimately deciding counteraction between the colossal musical battle with Drake.
