Suspect in Khanice Jackson’s case has confessed

The suspect in custody for the death of Khanice Jackson has confessed to the crime. Reports are he confessed in a caution statement.

The police say they are building a strong case against the 50-year-old suspect, who has been in custody since Friday.

Accounting Clerk, Jackson, who was 20-year-old at the time of her death, was found on the Dyke Road in Portmore, St Catherine on Friday. The suspect was held later that day.

The suspect and Jackson lived in the same community. She knew him.
