The Toll Authority of Jamaica is now imploring its users to report anomalies or problems encountered when using the toll road network.

The Toll Authority is the regulatory agency for the toll industry in Jamaica. It receives its mandate from the provisions of the Toll Roads Act and is primarily responsible for monitoring and regulating all Concessionaires operating toll roads in Jamaica
So far, the entity cited several issues during its inspection for the first quarter of the financial year 2022 to 2023.
The discrepancies include damage and theft of perimeter fencing, faded road markings, damaged studs, and poor visibility of traffic signs. The Authority also expressed concerns about a lack of adequate management of green areas.
