Tommy Lee Sparta has been sentenced to 3 years behind bars for gun charges. 

The artiste pleaded guilty to the charge of illegal possession of firearms and ammunition. He received three years for the firearm and two years for the illegal ammunition however the sentences are to run at the same time. 

The artiste was locked up last year December for these charges and has been in custody since December 14th 2020. 

The artist is said to have had A 9mm pistol containing 18 rounds of ammunition in the St Andrew area. 

This comes after the artiste made it public that he feels personally attacked by the police. The artist was defended by Tom tavares Finson QC and Donahue Martin.
