A tearful Muir, shared that Flores of Rebelace Music Ltd whom she had an informal arrangement with was no longer authorized to conduct business or collect monies on her behalf.

She noted that this came following the discovery of what seemed to be financial irregularities.

She metaphorized him as the “devil” in reference to other situations used to describe her circumstance.

“You see this manager named Richie Flores, in my situation he represents the devil himself” you see the money, it represents the objects of the world, wah mi soul a try fi wole on pon.” You see mi situation we mi a guh through It represents the choice weh God a gi mi fi choose weh mi guh from here” she reflectively stated with an adamant fervor.

The Artist noted that this isn’t the first instance which compelled her to cast her eyes to a Godly path however this latest situation acted a strong catalyst to make the change. Adding that she is willing to relinquish fame and monetary gains for spiritual peace.

“I going stop wid dis Dancehall an’ mi aguh step out an’ go back to mi God. An’ dis time, mi mek a vow seh yuh see when mi tap, nothing can bring me back. Nothing can bring me back,” she firmly stated.

“Mi nuh have money problem…yuh see yah suh weh mi call mental health yuh see mi mental health an’ mi spirituality, a dat alone matter to mi” Muir noted.

“Mi nuh business bout money. Dis world nuh deserve mi. The Bible seh what does it profit a man to gain the world an’ lose him soul.”

She also shared heart-rendering tragedies within her family which further provided a deeper context around her declarations.

Muir who stated that Flores’ authorization to conduct business on her behalf was terminated during an IG live on Friday, said she had forgiven Flores and thanked him for bringing her to be closer to God as a result on her Sunday morning Live.

She had also noted that she received a cease-and-desist letter from his representative which accused her of “making any defamatory statements.”

“Mr Richard Flores…I forgive you and mi thank you,” she said.

“You know why mi thank you? When mi pray ask God to carry mi closer to [him] and in the depths of my situation, mi can see where, he has used you, allowed you to do what you have done, and bring mi closer to him.”

The Yammabella hitmaker shared that her biggest cause for hesitance in fully transitioning into Christianity was the financial uncertainty in providing for herself.

“Yuh see everything weh ah happen, my worries is that if mi stop now, how mi aguh find mi food lata? How mi aguh reach yasso? How mi aguh get dis—how mi aguh pay mi bills?”  she said the during the live adding quickly;  “But yuh know weh di voice seh to mi?! God is yuh provider Shaneil.”

“ Have faith in di Lord…why yuh worry when yuh can pray?,” Muir said as she reiterated her security in her belief that her needs will be provided for.

“Yuh see me? Mi God bless and I have never lost faith in God. Nuh matta how mi sin before Him. My God is forgiving an’ nuh matta weh mi do inna Him eyes, He’s forgiving an’ as long as mi have life, He has made it possible to come before Him an’ ask fi forgiveness.”
