Mother and sister in custody after man’s body parts found in bags

Two St Mary women are in custody after body parts of a missing man were found today in Tank Lane, Oracabessa St Mary.

The women are being held as the police probe the discovery of dismembered body parts believed to be that of 26-year-old Jerome Forrester of a Tank Lane address.

The police report that Forrester was reported missing on Monday by his sister.

Reports are that his body parts were found in a decomposed state with his hands and legs missing.

Reports are that about 9:30 a.m. residents launched a search in the community and stumbled on the body parts at the back of the deceased man’s yard.

The body parts were packed in bags.

Following investigations, the mother and sister of the deceased were taken into custody.

The police are asking anyone with information to contact the St Mary CIB.
