Lover Boy, which was released on Thursday night, seemed deliberately tailored around that highbred time of romantic pronouncements as he held nothing back in expressing affection and vulnerability in his declaration on the track.

Based on the numbers, fans were loving the mood of Lover Boy, with the video currently sitting as the fourth most streamed song on YouTube (at the time of reporting).

The ‘North Carolina’ deejay, shows that Drake is not the only musician certified in that specialty.

Lover Boy, is no doubt benefiting from the Valentine’s Day hype, as such it would not be a far-fetched thought that the song would have been added to the playlists of many on the night.

 Lover Boy is Valiant’s second entry in the top five most trending songs, with former top trending track Glock 40 holding at number two on the platform.

The ‘Barbies’ hitmaker who last year registered a historic monopoly on the top five most streamed songs in the country, also occupies the current sixth most listened track with ‘Weh She Love’, as he seems to be taking aim at a repeat.
