Reggae Sumfest is affirming itself as the premiere festival to experience authentic and trending Reggae and Dancehall entertainment following the confirmation of global sensation YG Marley for the 2024 staging.

YG Marley, one of the hottest names in music this year, was officially confirmed as a performer via Sumfest’s social media on Tuesday.

The performance, slated for July 19, will be his second time performing on the island following his official Jamaican debut at the late Jo Mersa Marley’s birthday tribute in March.

His upcoming Sumfest performance comes following his sizzling Coachella debut in April, where he delivered one of the most talked about sets of the festival.

The Reggae star, who delivered arguably the year’s songs with his Billboard smash “Praise Jah in the Moonlight,” also seems to have a follow-up track of the summer with previews of his upcoming single “Running to a Solution.”
